The Community Center for the Performing Arts is located in the historic and iconic WOW Hall. As an all-ages venue, we bring international, national, and local musicians and artists to our stage. Cultural Services supports the City of Eugene's vision for an accessible and thriving cultural sector, including the Hult Center for the Performing Arts and our Community Events and Public Art programs. This team works to create opportunities for shared experiences that contribute to the community’s social and economic well-being. We consult, involve, and collaborate with artists through performances, temporary and permanent art exhibitions and installation opportunities. We work with cultural producers to cultivate a healthy and inclusive arts ecosystem through grant programs such as Art in the Parks and Downtown Program Fund. We believe the work of the arts creates a stronger, more vibrant and creative community with programs like National Dance Week and Visual Arts Week.

Coco Bender is a solo and collaborative pianist whose concerts focus on works of contemporary composers and woman composers, as well as a larger representation of the classical repertoire. Composers include William Grant Still, Bartok, H. Leslie Adams, Nathaniel Dett, and others. She presents intimate and charming concerts which delight the ear and inform the audience of new works. Established in 2009, Chamber Music Amici, a resident company of the Richard E. Wildish Community Theater in Springfield, celebrates 15 years of excellent and affordable chamber music concerts. Student tickets and accompanying adults are $5, ensuring accessibility for all ages. The organization collaborates with local schools to inspire a new generation of music enthusiasts and hosts an annual art contest for season art commissions.
