The Grapefruits Duo

Margarite Waddell, french horn, and Coco Bender, piano, make up the contemporary and classical duo The Grapefruits. They perform frequently throughout the PNW with the goal of presenting traditional classical french horn repertoire, new 20th-century works, and commissioned works by PNW composers. Currently, The Grapefruits are performing works by Kenneth Amis, Tara Islas, Eugene composer Paul Safar, William Grant Still, and others.

The Hybrid Gallery

The Hybrid Gallery is a community gallery, gathering space, venue and retail shop. Founded by brother/sister and fine artist/musician duo, the gallery is the arts hub of the SugarTop Buddery brand and home of The SugarTop Shop. University Theatre

University Theatre offers five main stage shows per year. The shows take place in the Miller Theatre Complex which offers both the Robinson Theatre (300 person capacity) and the Hope Theatre (125 person capacity). University Theatre offers the opportunity for all students to participate as actors, directors, designers, choreographers, playwrights, composers, musicians, technicians, publicists and more. The Very Little Theatre

The Very Little Theatre is a volunteer organization running on membership power since 1929; auditions and backstage positions are open to the public. UO Center for Art Research

The Center for Art Research (CFAR), directed by University of Oregon Department of Art faculty, cultivates diverse modes of public engagement related to the practices of contemporary artists by supporting speculative research, discourse, exhibitions, and publications.
