Mural Mice are a team of artists specializing in community developed public art. Having recently moved to Eugene from Arizona, the Mice are looking forward to painting several outdoor murals around Eugene in 2024. For the Mice, murals are an opportunity to build connections, create space for community expression and beautify urban landscapes. Healthy Moves is a nonprofit organization bringing movement, fitness, and fun to elementary students. Due to school budget cuts, many physical education programs have been eliminated. Healthy Moves trainers work with students and their teachers to demonstrate fitness activities and provide a model for the teacher to use in future PE classes. Healthy Moves provides fitness formats that can be used by all teachers of grades K-5. Physical activity supports healthy social and cognitive actions.
