We highlight social justice themes that translate to universal human experiences. Club Macchia

Club Macchia is a club consisting of Jerry Ross’s painting/drawing students, both the original initial group of students as well as the most recent. People who take workshop sessions from me are automatically enrolled in CM. I send out a newsletter to members that contains images of artworks produced by members, notices of their exhibits, research articles, and my own opinion pieces. CM has group exhibits, participates in art fairs, and is in collaboration with the Community Cultural Commons (CCC).

Terry Holloway

Satoko Motouji

Satoko Motouji is a self-employed visual artist who does painting, installation, and collaborative improvisational painting with musicians. In her paintings, she uses Japanese calligraphy ink, watercolor pigment on cotton or mulberry paper. Her recent theme concentrates on the issue of climate change.

Museum of Techno Art

MTA is Eugene's new 501(c)(3) non-profit exhibition space for both technologically themed art and hi-tech industrial products having an irresistible visual appeal—or in short, art as industry!!! Currently located in the historic Miner Building at 132 E. Broadway, and with a lobby exhibition area generously provided by its owners, the museum is currently providing tours by appointment.

Lael Salaets Art Studio

Lael Salaets is a realist, impressionist, and pop artist who works primarily in graphite and colored pencil. He studied fine art and design at the University of Oregon and Lane Community College, where he received an AAS in graphic design. He is a member of Maude Kerns Art Center of Eugene and the Oregon Society of Artists based in Portland.
